Incorrect brightness after turning on

I have 3 scenes, often triggered in this order:

• 1% brightness red
• off
• 100% brightness white

For a while now, after triggering the 3rd scene, the bulb is white but at 1% brightness (based on the Yeelight app and IRL) but Home apps says it's 100%. When I switch between the "on" scenes, the color/brightness is correct.

I have a Yeelight LED Bulb (Color) v2 with up-to-date firmware (2.0.6_0065)
