Overview
a user can add their own profile picture to their account, and see their own and other user's profile pictures on the profile page and on guides
Acceptance Criteria
- a user can upload a profile picture
- a user can change their profile picture
- a user can delete their profile picture
- a user can see profile pictures on profile pages
- a user can see profile pictures on guide previews
- a user can see profile pictures on guide details pages
- if a user has no profile picture, the profile picture is a gray circle

@sadiefinn will get to this issue as soon as I fix the ActiveStorage attachments bug on deployment (where the images don't show up)!
