Create an add tags page for each post

Description

• After Post + Activities creation, redirect to add tags page

Tasks

• Add an "I'm done" link that redirects to a tags page
• Add routing for specific post (e.g. /posts/x/add-tags)
• Tags page should update tags field within post
• Remove tags field from initial post form
