Look at 2024 WordPress theme and determine basic styling

We talked about having some basic "Blueprint" styles for core blocks that we haven't used in our larger components (ie: tables, block quote).
The WP 2024 theme might offer some styles that we can quickly enhance. If that's a relatively easy lift we probably move forward with doing it.
