NullReferenceException on rebuild if project folder not exists

Create a fake suite.yaml without the right folder hierarchy and rebuild the suite.

The project cleaners (FS, CS, VCXPROJ) (ICleanExtension.Clean) fails because the project.RootDirectory is null.
