make a lighter core thats essentialy only the subscription map

when this is in place we get faster execution of the render function, also reduces a lot of code in the eventual app

other tricks we can do is just not send the element -- add the fns in a map that you want to use and bam

this is the next generation -- will allow for a very very slim footprint on the client
