Interface is partly German and partly English

Like the title says: I see German as well as English in the interface.
German:
'Die Aktuelle Konfiguration speichern'
'Den Dateinamen festlegen (ohne Leerzeichen)'

Hello, this means that the completion of the German translations took place at a time when the new version, namely 2.3.1 that has been released on yesterday but German translations has been finished until today.
