Got post not allowed error after uploading the image

The problem looks like this: After I click the upload button, the image seems to be uploaed because I could see a percentage showing. But after a while, a message of "This is taking longer than usual.." shows up. I found an error information by checking the elements. It says
"POST http://joshua881228.webfactional.com/static/tinymce/plugins/jbimages/ci/index.php?upload/english 405 (Not Allowed)" and the error is located in "dialog-v4.htm:17 onchange". Would you please give me some advise to fix it? I am new in developping websites, so please describe the solution in detail. Thanks a lot!!

The problem has been solved. It is because the surver could not interpret php script.
