Seems to be a reasonable idea :)

Just to clarify though: you suggest that you would like to install this syntax and indentation file via pathogen, don't you?

I skimmed their README, and it seems that there is nothing to be done: you just clone this repo as the Pathongen README describes, and it should work. Have you tried it? Did you experience any problems?

I can confirm it works as intended when using pathogen.
