I'm using VIM 8.1.1722, MacVim, on MacOSX Mohave 10.14.6

I installed this plugin using vim-plug.

I do not have the commands listed. Nothing comes up for 'Python2' or 'Python3'

Something is certainly weird with your install. Have you tried another plugin manager? Tried disabling everything else?
