Can volt support multiple profiles simultaneously ?

Let's say, I have two profiles, say py a python related plugin set. I also have js say React.js related plug in set.
Suppose, I'm working on both front-end (js plugin-set/profile) and back-end (py plugin-set/profile). Will I be able to work on both same time ?
