Only one version for windows

I downloaded the windows version but it only had the purple cursor with no white border, the other two weren't available, is there any chance you might port those to windows? ty in advance :)

I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes here but I had the same Issue.

I really like the white theme more than the normal blue and boarder themes and after reading the README.md from @emaxoda's repo, I was able to make my fork that includes a port for all of the themes using the same win2xcur tool and Install.inf file as @emaxoda's repo.

Also any feedback on how I could do things like this better in the future would also be greatly appreciated as this is my 1st ever contribution to a repo.
