Panel not transparent/blurred

Using transparent version, installed using install.sh script.
Using Manjaro KDE, in system settings the window decoration is transparent however the panels with settings on are not. Can't find a way to make it so.
Also in Konsole the usually black Konsole background is still black and not transparent, it seems the colour scheme hasnt applied to the konsole. How to manually install?
