Window cannot be resized from top

It appears that with any of the Layan Aurorae themes, I lose the ability to resize my windows by dragging from the top, sides & bottom work as intended. Changing back to any other WM theme solves this issue so I believe it is an issue with the theme itself? Let me know what other information I should include. Thanks!

An update to this: If I change window border size from "No borders" to "No side borders", the issue goes away, but I am still not sure if intended behaviour or not, feel free to close this if it is.
