[Kwin 5.25] Mask for fixing Korners on decoration.svg blocking blur effect

After upgrading KDE-plasma to 5.25.0, the new version of Kwin adopted a mask to block the blurring window effects at the edge in order to solve the legacy bug called "Korners." Without a specific implementation code in the theme, the compositor will not apply the bluring graphic effect to the windows.

Mask is used afterwards to calculate the theme's blur region.
I am trying to understand the new Kwin and will send a PR if I can solve it. Still, any help would be nice :P
Bump. Facing the same issue. I'm also noting that Konsole is unaffected on my setup (changing the theme breaks blur on Konsole's title bar, but opening another Konsole window afterwards doesn't breaks blur, strangely).
