The site rosalab.ru appears to be down.

Oh good. Wasn't able to get to it, probably there is no redirect to their :443 ?

The problem did stop me from completing the install a couple months ago, hence I am back. Anyhow, going to edit the README.md and make a pull request - My first real Open Source contribution, hope you'll merge the changes.
