This helps when CE never was installed. The regedit Drive key does not exists so, when trying to run the game, this error ocurrs. The soluction can be:

When setup a single player instance, set the registry drive key anyway.
Note: it will require admin privileges to setup the sp instance

It can be solved by setting Game.exe to execute command for SP instances

Game.exe needs to be executed always before some SP installation
