Deprecate setup.py and move to standard based tools

On running, python setup.py install, this is what we get.
/Users/vinitkumar/projects/python/json2xml/venv/lib/python3.12/site-packages/setuptools/_distutils/cmd.py:66: SetuptoolsDeprecationWarning: setup.py install is deprecated.
