Delete cookies for a single domain

Add DELETE button to delete the cookies for domain individually.

Note - Do not make any changes in existing CSS.

G'day mate, I'd like to take this on. Would you like this styled a particular color to match your bootstrap setup or just leave it un-styled for the moment?

@gjohn34 Please proceed with this. And yes, style it with existing stylesheets. Use bootstrap classes. The rest of the changes can be made after I review your code.
