Add a template to build a simple portfolio using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Create a folder YOUR_NAME inside the template folder and add your files there.
PS - This issue is opened mainly for beginners. Fork this repo, make changes and raise the PR.

I had created my portfolio website using react js how should I add it here? Or only plain HTML CSS Js build Portfolio website is only eligible.Or should I add the build folder after building react app.?Please help to determine what should i do?
