Template Inheritance

The readme says something about template inheritance at the beginning, but its never referenced again.

Could you add an example on how to create a global template for all emails?

Hi, I have some suggestions to help solving this issue!

Here is a list of similar issues:

1. Allow 'any' template names

2. Explicit template name for third party integration

3. TemplateDoesNotExist

4. Problem found when extending an email template

5. Use Django-Block-Render for the inheritence parts of the vanilla backend
