Save dialogs do not add default extensions.

Save campaign, export macro and export macro set (and possibly others) do not automatically add the default extension to the file name for each file type, making it harder to load these things up afterwards.

• File -> Save Campaign
• type in "foo" in the file name; save.
• File is named "foo", instead of "foo.cmpgn"

I could not reproduce that. It stores files correctly as .cmpgn for me.
