Support internal CA-signed SSL certificates

Currently, CA certificates are hardcoded. This causes issues in environments where traffic traverses a proxy that inspects and re-encrypts with it's own certificate. Deployers should be able to specify a trusted CA certificate bundle location in the configuration file.

Closing. This appears to have been a red herring. After fixing proxy authentication, I no longer have any CA-related issues.
