Re-add latest working version of qemu-ga agent for win XP

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Hi, the latest version of the qemu-ga agent doesn't work anymore on windows xp. Therefore could the latest working version of it be added in again? The one from virtio-win-0.1.96.iso for example still works, the latest one doesn't.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the .msi file for the qemu-ga that last worked for windows XP into a "xp" subfolder of the latest iso.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Adding a page to the docs that has a reference to the latest virtio-win.iso version (and link to the download) that still had a working qemu-ga for win XP.
Additional context
For running some old software I just installed win XP and noticed that the latest tools version even though still containing the latest version of the drivers that existed back then doesn't include a working qemu-ga anymore.

@YanVugenfirer This is very interesting in terms of qemu-ga. There are no Windows version-specific things.
@agowa What do you mean doesn't work anymore? Any error? Logs?

I think adding this info on the wiki would be a great idea. I'm trying to install drivers as well as possible on an XP guest, and having to download a lot of 600+MB isos to test if they're still compatible with XP is a little heavy, even if using the half-of-the-group trick.
