[Suggestion] Include human-readable labels for citations in OMEX metadata/RDF files

For example, the citation label for 12119723 is J Cell Biol. 2001 May 28;153(5):1035-48. It would be helpful to include the title and list of authors. For papers with DOIs, this could be retrieved from the CrossRef API. For papers with PubMed ids, this could be retrieved from the PubMed or Europe PubMed API.
