I have an increasing amount of users who claim they are being unsubscribed without reason. I was assuming they were just accidentally hitting the unsubscribe button, but the number is growing.

I don't think this would be a big deal, but it seems once they opt-out, there is no way for them to opt-in again.

Okay, after reviewing the access logs and tracing IP addresses I found the heart of the issue. The email link to unsubscribe is being scanned for intent by certain email filters. I added an extra step to require users to click a button on the website to confirm they want to unsubscribe.
