Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement in Jetson JetPack

Hello.

• I have torch 1.10.0 installed in my Jetson system and if I try to install FrEIA this error raises
  Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch>=1.0.0
  I need to use the flag --no-dependencies.

• I have Jetpack 4.6 with python 3.6 and frEIA seems to work correctly
