New version release on PyPI

Hi everyone!
As you might be aware, FrEIA is one of anomalib's dependencies. We have recently had an issue with AllInOneBlock, and just noticed that master branch does not have that problem. We use FrEIA from PyPI, and it would be great if you guys could update the PyPI version.
