I have no issue now but you may get complaints from others.
I was getting an error on first attempt to update:
Error syncing "./GIMP/Grub and Login.xcf": OpenSSL SSL_read: error:0A0003FC:SSL routines::sslv3 alert bad record mac, errno 0
I re-ran my script to download the source and compile it and now it seems with the few 20 files, it seems to send and update and remove files etc from Google Drive.
Just FYI
