I thought the ability to forward incoming mail via SMTP to an external web endpoint was the main feature of Mailin? What happened to webhook support with this project? Is it going to come back some day?

What did the feature look like in the original Mailin @muety? What would you expect from it now?

I think this would be easy to implement and I would be willing to create a PR for this, if @vithalreddy is okay with this being added.
