update the installation instructions in README and INSTALL

The installation instructions seem to be outdated. You have to run "autgen.sh" first in order to build hddtemp.

I needed the following packages for a successfull run of autogen.sh:
- autogen
- autotools-dev
- automake
- libglib2.0-dev
- gettext
