Claiming the First Character and more issues

Hi, I've been using the bot and so far it showed sign of working, doing tests in a private Discord server.
First kind of issue I got was it claimed Rei even though she was not in the namelist nor Evangelion was in the series_list and the min_kak was set at 700

Now, trying with these values for the lists:

It claims the first character that is rolled

Do I have to enter the name of the series of the characters from namelist in series_list? Or will that claim every character from that series?

So I would have to add the series of the characters I want to snipe to series_list? And then it would search for the characters from namelist on series_list and snipe them, is that right? Something like this:

I see, so, how could I make it so it only claims the characters from namelist?
Would it work if I put in series_list a series that I disabled, but the rest of the server has not disabled it?
Or having in series_list series that has like 1 character and would be pretty much not probable to appear in a roll?
Or placing just random values so it never finds what it looks for in series_list

Why does kakera claim not work?

I'm not very sure, mine does not work either and I don't want to mess the code up, I have only uncommented a few lines for the claim to work

To resolve the first claiming I put some strange characters on series_list then it stop claiming random characters.
Ex: "series_list": ["¶"],

Thank you, seems that putting a non-existing series or characters that it does not recognize solves the claiming issue.
