theme-academic にデフォルトで2段組みを適用したテーマをリリースする

追加すべきは↓のようなスタイルだけ（？）なので、theme-academicのtheme.cssをimportして↓を追加するだけでも良いかも？

既存テーマの一部を変更したようなものは公式テーマとして採用しないことになったのでcloseする。
