Profile linking with Matching ID doesn't work

Describe the bug
Linking an account and a profile does not give the user control over the profile.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create person profile
  2. Create user account with self editor role
  3. Use matching ID to connect user account with profile

Expected behavior
User should get control over the profile.

Environment (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Linux
  • Browser Firefox
  • Tomcat version 8.5
  • VIVO version 1.14.1-SNAPSHOT
