Describe the bug
Adding new individuals can perform saving only individual name, other elements can be modified (added, deleted) only after initial addition by using option edit. The issue has been reported by Abid Fakhre Alam.

To Reproduce

  1. log-in to VIVO
  2. click on the Site Admin option
  3. then Class hierarchy
  4. then Academic Degree (vivo)
  5. then Show all individuals in this class option
  6. then click on the Add instance button
  7. then Individual Editing Form will open after I enter the details of the new academic degree with the abbreviation and then click on
  8. Create new Records it through an error
  9. Privileges are also not preserved

Behavior is the similar for other classes (for instance class Organizational or class Attribute type)

Expected behavior
No error, and everything is preserved

  • Tomcat version: 9
  • VIVO version: 1.14.1-SNAPSHOT
  • Apache Solr 8
