Oscar said we don't need to submit this unless we have any significant change since our first draft. The only thing we could potentially edit is the timeline Gantt charts and once we have formal commitment from John Zelek, we can put him down as an advisor.
But otherwise, I don't think we need to submit anything for this deadline
