name of package to import - 'tracker-redux-source'

Thank you for the package.

I was able to work it by

import factory from 'reactive-redux';

In the readme.md it specify another name:

import factory from "tracker-redux-source";

You are indeed correct, after i changed package name i forgot to update this part of the readme, this is a pretty lame mistake, thank you for your report.
