Shrink Windows not in focus

I'd like windows that I'm not presently using to get smaller, such that I can still see them but they don't take up as much space.

I have no ObjC skills, so this is simply a feature request :)

Hum, I don't think it's Afloat's job to change windows' sizes, what do the other users think?
