Improvements of reveal.md file for newbies

To help to launch reveal in all environments, I suggest some more details for installation.
I added a pull request for my small improvements, english is not my native language, don't hesitate.
I was able to add a leiningen and calva and spacemacs instructions. I'm not for neovim, spacevim and vim-iced and atom. I think all of them could be added in the same section than calva / emacs.
