Ability to set default branch

Add the ability to change default master branch (main or master)

Wow, I never thought somebody else will be using this CLI, it was developed for internal use.

But contributions and PRs are welcome!

I could see this implemented in a way, that CLI dynamically fetches the proper branch name before executing command from Github. Or it prompts you to select a target release branch name from a list.
