Hide tabs and links when adding new ad

As a user, I'd like not to see tabs and external links when adding new ad

I think this is fine, but if we remove it, I propose having some sort of a "back" button or something to lead the user back to the ads - maybe this should be a part of the header also?

There is a cancel button ("Odustani") next to the submit button. Maybe title could be the link to the root path.
