Please make Ops Man DNS name configurable

Issue

The README for the AWS install pipeline says that the DNS name for Ops Manager must start with opsman. This is currently at odds with the officially supported Terraform scripts from Pivotal Network, which creates Ops Manager with a DNS name of pcf.

Context

We can't use the official terraform scripts and the official pipeline together without modifications to one or the other

Expected result

Would expect to be able to give the DNS name for Ops Manager
