Add Documentation for ClusterClass

v0.3.0 release of BYOH adds support for ClusterClass. The release artifacts also include cc yaml files. However, there is no guide on how to consume ClusterClass in BYOH.
It will be good to add some instructions in the Getting Started guide on how to use ClusterClass in BYOH
