add ocrmypdf with gui

ocrmypdf is another alternative solution for performing OCR o PDFs. The package is in Fedora.
But it is only a commandline package. There exists a GUI: https://github.com/alexanderlanganke/ocrmypdfgui
Let's see if the GUI is worth packaging.
