volo.url not working

volo.url not working

Today volo started to download the entire github repo. Sounds like volo is ignoring the volo.url property on package.json.

Do you have the volo add command that I can try? I just tried a couple and they still work as expected, so it is probably related to a specific dependency.

Oh, maybe this is #189, so I'll close this one and focus on that one.
