How can I run this on FPGA？

Hello,
I am trying to test on an FPGA, but I cannot locate the files "init_env_user.sh" and OPAE , as well as Quartus dependencies, in the "/opt/inteldevstack/" directory. Please refer to the attached picture for more information.

You can use Arria and stratix 10 FPGAs from intel devcloud because that would come with opae. This might help.
