I did take a look at system 32 and just found amd_comgr.dll and amdhip64.dll
i have an rx 580 8gb with latest adrenalin drivers

I don't have rx 580 at hand so I can't test it, but from what you describe it looks like AMD does not support ROCm 6 for rx580 on Windows: amd_comgr.dll and amdhip64.dll is for ROCm 5.
That aside post-rollback ZLUDA does not GPUs earlier than RDNA anyway

As far as I can tell, this uses official roc and no patches. There were issues within various kernels but 6.15.8 incorporates relevant fixes for gfx803, and users have had success with RX480 multicard
