Bug? vows does not run tests under test/ or spec/

Hi,

it was said in the reference part of vows doc that

Running all tests in your test/ or spec/ folder

$ vows

i've created a test.js under spec folder

but when i run vows, it report "Could not find any tests to run"

it's work when i run vows spec/*

any idea?
