en_US translations are missing in all modules

Most modules do not contain an i18n/en_US.csv file containing the translations that are used by the module.
Some modules do contain this file, but this contains an incomplete list of only one or two translation strings.
Please add all translations that are used to the i18n/en_US.csv.
This way it can be used as a base for translating to other languages.
