Correct broken links in docs.

If make linkcheck is run in toqito/docs, some of the links in docs and docstrings appear to be broken.

  • Correct broken links : Fixed by 8d0b7f6 in #392
  • Add a workflow to check this

If #395 works as intended, then path could work instead of working-directory.
